Ordering a Christmas tree online
After the Christmas tree is ordered on the website, you will receive an email confirmation with delivery details. After the route is complete, we will send you a time indication of 1 hour accurately. Because our deliverers drive with GPS, the time indication becomes more and more specific, up to 10 minutes accurate. So you don't even have to stay home for part of the day to receive the Christmas tree.
When ordering, you can choose different methods of payment. For example, it is possible to pay cash to our delivery man, but it is also possible to pay online via IDEAL or Credit Card. If you order as a company, there is also the possibility to pay by invoice. The (VAT) invoice is sent after the Christmas tree is delivered, even if you have paid with your Credit Card or via IDEAL.
Wooden Cross or Water Stand
Both a sustainable choice. All of our stands are reusable. Like the water stands, the wooden crosses feature a pin. Before leaving, we cut the Christmas tree straight and drill a hole in the bottom of the Christmas tree. Attachment is very simple, insert the pin into the bottom of the trunk and turn 3 times to the right. When you are done with the Christmas tree do the same thing. Turn 3x to the right and the stand comes off again and is ready for the next year.
Follow our advice on the stand choice when ordering the Christmas tree and your Christmas tree is guaranteed to be stable and dead straight. The advantage of a water stand over a wooden cross is that you can water the Christmas tree. This keeps the Christmas tree beautiful longer. Especially a Nordmann Christmas tree, still absorbs a lot of water.
Collection service including recycling
For several years now, we have offered pickup service including recycling (first week of January). We understand that you may be reluctant to dispose of your Christmas tree afterwards. Especially with large Christmas trees, that can be quite a bit of work. We are happy to do this for you. If you choose to make use of this service, we will make sure that the Christmas tree is picked up properly. The cost of the pickup service is higher than the delivery rate, since we use two people to pick up the Christmas tree and it takes longer than delivering a Christmas tree. In addition, we offer your Christmas tree for recycling. When ordering the pickup service, you can directly indicate which day you want us to come to your place. If you order the pickup service for multiple Christmas trees, then a 12.50 euro discount is automatically applied per Christmas tree. You can see this on the shopping basket and checkout page.
Impregnated Christmas tree
It is possible to have the Christmas tree impregnated. The impregnation is performed by an approved company and you will receive a certificate of treatment.
We deliver fire-safe Christmas trees this season on Nov. 30, Dec. 8 and Dec. 14.
Order on time because Christmas trees need to be dried first, treated and then dried again.
Choosing the right length of Christmas tree
Our Christmas trees are measured from the trunk to halfway to the peak. If no elevation is used, Christmas trees between 175 cm and 250 cm are the right choice (based on average living room height of 2.6 m) . If you place the Christmas tree on an elevation then we recommend Christmas trees up to 175 cm.

We deliver our Christmas trees starting Thursday, November 23 in Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Diemen, Landsmeer & Ouderkerk aan de Amstel.

Order cancellation
If you want to cancel the order, you can do so up to 2 days before delivery. To do so, an email should be sent to info@kerstbomenamsterdam.nl.
