Delivery
Personalized delivery to the living room or office. Since 2012 it is possible to buy a Christmas tree online through our website and have it delivered. With the delivery we use a high service. You can choose the delivery date, one day before delivery, we send an email with a time frame of 1 hour for the next day. On the day of delivery, you can even see the delivery driver driving by. If you live on the third floor, no problem. Our deliverers will place your Christmas tree at the desired location.

High service
When it comes to delivery, we use a high service. Do you live on the 3rd floor and want us to place the Christmas tree in the living room? No problem, our helpful delivery staff will make sure the Christmas tree is placed in the right spot.
Time indication
At the order of the Christmas tree you choose your favorite delivery date. After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email. The day before delivery, when the route is complete (around 18:00) we will send you an email with an accurate time indication (1 hour). During the day, the actual delivery time becomes more specific and you can follow your delivery driver live on your phone. So you don't have to stay home all day or part of the day to receive the Christmas tree. We will keep you informed.
Delivery area
We deliver our Christmas trees starting Nov. 24, 7 days a week in Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Diemen, Landsmeer & Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. Do you live or work outside our delivery area, but would still like to receive a Christmas tree from us? Maybe we can come to you, no guarantee, but since we also have projects outside Amsterdam, we might be in your neighborhood. Mail to info@kerstbomenamsterdam.nl and ask about the possibilities.
Collection service
Would you like a beautiful Christmas tree, but are you reluctant to dispose of it again? We are happy to do that for you. In the first week we will pick up the Christmas tree from your place and offer it for recycling. When ordering the pickup service, you choose the desired pickup date. This service is available to all our customers and can be ordered directly through the website.
